What did you do before you joined Hero?
I worked in business development for a small cosmetic company in Spain. Before that, I was working for Deloitte & Touche, and also in Saatchi & Saatchi, in B to B Business as assistant Key Account Manager.
What attracted you to Hero?
My wish was to be part of a retail food company leader in the market with an international vision and Hero was the best way to reach it. I wanted to have the opportunity to have an international career and to share experiences with other people from other countries and to learn about their markets and consumers.
How would you describe your current role?
Currently I’m in charge of a new range in the baby food category and it is very interesting to develop a new business that may be a best seller tomorrow. My role is to participate in finding the best way to: Respond to consumers’ needs, improve sales, be innovative, create new demand
What accomplishments are you particularly proud of?
I’m particularly proud of being part of the entrance into the chilled category through Hero Fruit2day. It’s also very motivating when you receive a letter from a mother thanking you about Hero products and to share with her the first years of their baby’s life.
