What attracted you to Hero?

I was interested in a new challenging assignment with a versatile and broad spectrum, which enables me to benefit from my experience and expertise but also to develop and broaden my knowledge.

How would you describe your current role?

I am responsible for the entire Quality Management and R&D within Hero Switzerland. What does this include? Let me just mention some areas: process control and - validation, continuous improvement, recipe development, complaint handling, declaration and labelling of products, ensure adherence to food law and regulations and much more.

What do you appreciate most about Hero?

It is a fast-paced environment, every day we meet new challenges. However, the aspect I admire most is the family atmosphere - we are a big "HERO" family heading for the same goal.

What do you do for fun?

First of all I love to spend my free time with my family. We all love skiing and travelling and I enjoy also very much reading and gardening.

What advice would you give job candidates?

Just be as natural as you are! If you fit the Hero family it will work out!
