What attracted you to Semper / Hero?

Semper is one of the strongest brands in the Nordic market, with a good reputation and high quality products. I also wanted to work in a fairly small company, but with an international focus.

How would you describe your current role?

I´m responsible for handling and developing strategic and operative information within the company, internally as well as externally.

What do you appreciate most about Semper / Hero?

A flexible and flat organisation that enables quick decisions and openness. There is a close cooperation between R&D, marketing,supply chain and sales.

What accomplishments are you particularly proud of?

The launch of Småfolk for pre-schoolers which has turned out very well in media.

What do you do for fun?

I spend time with my family and friends. In my spare time I like to go either running or riding. I also enjoy travelling and often spend my vacations sailing or skiing.

What advice would you give job candidates?

Stick to your vision of where you want your career to take you, but be open to the different ways that can lead you there!
