What attracted you to Hero?

Having an entrepreneurial attitude, I was looking for a company that would enable me to take ownership from day one, provide a high level of accountability and flexibility as well as interesting and broad HR tasks. On top of that, I was also attracted by the strong company image and brand.

How would you describe your current role?

My main tasks include: Proactive HR support of senior managers, coaching, mentoring, recruiting, employee on boarding and exits, HR administration, third party management (social security office, insurances, temp agencies, etc.), and internal communication.

What do you appreciate most about Hero?

The things I appreciate most are: the opportunity to be actively involved and make a difference in the business, the feeling to be part of something bigger, the entrepreneurial freedom, the short decision making processes and the fact that everyone has an open door and that there is always someone who is open for questions or can provide answers.

What do you do for fun?

Camping, hiking, walking, reading, fishing, travelling and taking care of my cat and dog
