What did you do before you joined Hero?

Before I joined to Hero, I worked in an animal food plant and as a teacher in an industrial technical institute.

How would you describe your current role?

A challenging role as I have to master and maintain about 10 different production lines each with a different technology.

What accomplishments are you particularly proud of?

We have successfully integrated many different technologies and production lines into our factory and recently we moved some of the Swiss technology equipment from Lenzburg to Cairo. Another project I am proud of is the set-up of a power factor compensator that saved a lot of money for the company. We are currently upgrading the workshop and I feel this will make us all proud in the department as we will have an up-to-date, state-of-the-art facility.

What advice would you give job candidates?

Show maximum commitment to your job and go to great lengths and Hero will recognize and reward you above and beyond your expectations.
