Three things: You get full responsibility and ownership from day one, with Schwartau we are category leader in all our markets, the family-owned, traditional nature of the company.


How would you describe your current role?

I manage a team of five direct reports and together we are driving innovation processes and manage all marketing activities.


How did your career progress at Schwartau / Hero?

Junior Product Manager (2.5 years) and Trade Marketing Manager (1 year) at Schwartau, Product Group Manager Infant Food at Semper/ Sweden (1 year), Marketing Manager Infant Food at Smafolk/ Norway, since May 2010 Marketing Director at Schwartau


What do you appreciate most about Schwartau / Hero?

Again, three things: the tremendous speed to market, the high pragmatism combined with high entrepreneurial spirit and the direct contact with the Group CEO.


What accomplishments are you particularly proud of?

I am very proud of the development and launch of “SmartPack” in the Scandinavian market: A complete new package for Infant Food Cereal Powder which provides mothers with greater usage benefits.

Either you hate it or you love it!
