The framework that brings Hero’s nutritional commitment to life is the international initiative – Nutrition Today, Health Tomorrow (NTHT). It offers consumers a new approach with regard to feeding infants and toddlers, incorporating the latest scientific findings. NTHT supports correct education at very early stages to assure proper nutrition, variety and composition. With NTHT, infants are fed in a manner that not only ensures they develop today in a healthy and normal way but also that nourishment is balanced and complete, thus making sure our consumers stay healthy and develop into healthy children and adults. This objective is especially relevant at this time, as we witness an increase of childhood obesity and other adverse medical trends in children’s health.
The NTHT program has been developed and is managed by the Group’s Global Technology Centre (GTC) for Infant Nutrition. The Infant Nutrition GTC supervises the Group's nutrition policy and ensures that Hero’s products continually offer a balanced and superior solution to parents around the world.
