The Benelux business started in 1914 with the formal cooperation of the Breda-based Jansen family fruit and vegetables business and their biggest customer – the Swiss Hero Group.

Over the past 100 years Hero Benelux has undergone continuous changes to adapt to market conditions. It currently active in the Natural Spreads, Healthy Snacks, Drinks, Decoration, Baby & Toddler Milk and Baby & Toddler Food and Snacks categories.
