Hero Group Headquarters
The Hero Group Headquarters is situated in the historic site where Hero was created 130 years ago – Lenzburg, Switzerland. Opened in 2011, the new, modern offices play host to the Group’s Executive Board and a team of around 40 colleagues who coordinate work with all our countries around the world to delight consumers by conserving the goodness of nature.

We are proud of being a big, small family-owned company on a mission to provide our consumers with natural, tasty food. In fact, we think our smaller size is an advantage and appeals to people who thrive in an environment with short reporting lines, and where every individual can make an immediate impact on the company. Let’s grow together.
