Leadership change in the Hero UK&I organisation
Lenzburg, Switzerland, 13 May 2026: When the Hero Group acquired Deliciously Ella in 2024, Matthew Mills, who had co-founded the company with his wife Ella, remained with the Group and went on to become General Manager of the enlarged Hero UK&I organization.
After the first phase of the integration of the Deliciously Ella business within the Hero UK&I organization, Mills is leaving the company.
“We thank Mills for his commitment and leadership, including the integration of the Deliciously Ella business within Hero UK&I, and wish him all the best for the future,” said Menno Oosterhoff, Chief Markets & Sales Officer at Hero.
Georgina Pattison, currently Commercial Director in our UK&I organisation, has been promoted to General Manager. Pattison comes to the role uniquely prepared having led the Deliciously Ella commercial operations as Managing Director before the acquisition.
She is a strong and values-driven leader with deep FMCG experience, a sharp commercial mindset and a track record of delivering results through close collaboration and clear accountability.

Our focus is on strengthening our foundations to continue to develop our strong brands, unifying and mobilising the team around new ways of working, and strengthening our execution with clarity and pace,” Oosterhoff said.
